SILVER STATE AWARDS ANNOUNCE TWO UPCOMING AWARDS, LATINO AWARDS & BEST OF THE BEST AWARDS, AND ANNOUNCE NOMINEES FOR ALL CATEGORIES 

Las Vegas (NV) - Nominees for the highly anticipated Silver State Awards XIV & Latino Awards presented by exclusive media sponsor Univision were announced earlier this week on the Facebook awards page, silverstateawards, as part of Nine (9) upcoming awards for the 2016 calendar year by Silver State Awards Creator, Producer & Director Paolo Sadri, President of TMG Entertainment Network.  

“The Latino Awards, in collaboration with Univision/Entravision, are the 15^th addition to the Silver State Awards and are the only true people’s choice award in Nevada”, said Sadri.  “We at TMG are excited to honor and recognize the Best of the Best in Nevada since 2013”. 

Voting for the Latino Awards has begun and the winners will be revealed during the awards ceremonies on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. 

For the past three years, over 240,000 votes have been cast and certified. In addition to voting categories, up to Six (6) Honorary Awards including, “William Andrews Clark - Lifetime Achievement Award”, “Jim Rogers - Spirit of Education Award”, “Leadership Award’ & “Humanitarian Award”, are presented to individuals for their outstanding contribution to Nevada during the award ceremonies. Previous Honorary Recipients include, Governor Bob Miller, Senator Harry Reid, Senator Dean Heller, Senator Richard Bryan, Commissioner Susan Brager, Mayor Jan Jones and Philanthropist Jim Rogers (partial list). 

Everyone can log on to the Silver State Awards official Facebook page at silverstateawards and vote for their favorite nominees. No fees, purchase or payment of any kind is required to vote, to be nominated or to win the Silver State Awards, 

Silver State Awards Beneficiaries - SSA donates 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales to local charities in Nevada. This year Latino Awards will benefit The Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada with celebrating its 75^th anniversary of serving the community. The Silver State Awards XIV will benefit The Andsion Foundation.
